Conveyancing
The Firm is able and has the extensive capability and experience to conduct wide range of services for conveyancing matters including but not limited to:-
• Drafting and reviewing the master en-bloc agreement, the limited and unlimited power of attorney and the performance bond for property development projects.
• Providing end-to-end legal services to a public listed developer in respect of their newly launch housing development projects including but not limited to the following:-
i) Reviewing and amending (if necessary) the sale and purchase agreement and the deed of mutual covenant to ensure compliance with the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966;
ii) Preparing the sale and purchase agreement and the deed of mutual covenant for execution by the purchasers of the said housing development projects;
iii) To ensure the complete transfer of the ownership of the property to the purchasers.
iv) To provide legal guidance to the said housing developer on any issues encountered commencing from the construction phase up until the handing over of the said property.
v) To ensure the proceedings of the first general meeting of the joint management body is in compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013.

• Drafting, negotiating and assisting in execution of loan documentations such as Conventional Facility Agreement, Islamic Facility Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Charge Annexure and Power of Attorney.
• Involved in drafting the tenancy agreement for a public listed developer in respect of their newly built office building and negotiating and finalizing the terms and conditions of the said tenancy agreement with tenants of the said office building.
• Drafting sale and purchase agreement for sub-sale cases.
• Drafting house rules and regulations for the JMB of a local residency.
• Liasing with the relevant authorities including but not limited to the Land Office, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Jabatan Ukur and Pemetaan Malaysia, Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor.
• Liasing with financial institutions including but not limited to Maybank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Publuc Bank Berhad and Hong Leong Bank Berhad.
The Firm does not only have experienced legal practitioners but also conveyancing clerk with 20 years of experience in handling conveyancing matters who deals with end to end conveyancing services for project development and also solving problems and dealing with government and authoritative bodies including but not limited to Land Offices and LHDN.

The Firm provides services covering the sale and acquisition of residential, commercial and industrial properties, from acquisitions to sales through courts and land offices, leasing, licences, property disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.
